New “Heart of Richmond”

This awesome project is located on a triangular, 71,350 SF piece of land at 8451 Bridgeport Road. The proposed space includes general retail, restaurant, hotel and office. The plan includes three towers of 9, 12 (office) and 14-storeys (hotel) with a common five-storey podium including retail space at street level.

While two towers are primarily residential and office space, the third tower will house the 110-room OPUS Hotel Versante, a luxury boutique hotel experience which includes a signature restaurant, sky bar, and the three-level China Club – which includes a private karaoke bar, wine bar, restaurant with display kitchen, wok kitchen, and piano bar.
